What is CtrlHome and what services do you provide?

I am your local expert for smart home setup, Wi-Fi network optimization, device onboarding, home office configuration, system maintenance, and personalized digital home consultations. I simplify technology to make your home smarter and more connected.

How do I schedule a consultation or service?

I prefer that you book consultations and services through my online booking page at ctrlhome.tech/#book. However, I will also accept scheduling requests via email or phone.

What areas or regions do you serve?

I provide in-person services throughout Northern Colorado, including Greeley and surrounding areas, and can also perform services as far south as Denver.

What are your business hours and availability?

My hours are Monday–Friday 6 PM–10 PM, Saturday 8 AM–11 PM, and Sunday 8 AM–7 PM. I am available when you are—offering after-hours service to fit your busy schedule.

How much do your services cost?

Service pricing varies depending on the complexity and scope. I offer transparent pricing and will provide a detailed quote tailored to your needs for approval before starting any work.

Do you provide remote or virtual support options?

Yes! I offer remote support sessions for troubleshooting, setup guidance, and consultations via phone or video chat, perfect for clients outside my local service area.

What brands and devices do you support or work with?

I work with most major smart home brands and devices, including Philips Hue, Ring, Apple HomeKit, Google Nest, Amazon Alexa, Ubiquiti, HomeAssistant, and many more. If you have specific devices, just ask!

I’m not very tech-savvy — can you help me anyway?

Absolutely. My main goal is to provide the best possible service to those who are not tech-savvy, making technology easy and accessible. I guide you through every step and answer all your questions.

How do you protect my privacy and secure my data?

I prioritize your privacy and use secure methods to protect your personal information. All data handled during services is treated confidentially and never shared without your consent. You can review my full privacy policy at policy.ctrlhome.tech.

What should I expect during a typical service visit?

You can expect a punctual, professional visit tailored to your needs. I’ll discuss your goals, perform the agreed-upon service, and make sure you understand and are comfortable with the results before completing the visit.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes may be subject to a fee to compensate for reserved time. Contact me as soon as possible to make changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through Square, which accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged.

Are there any setup or equipment requirements before a service visit?

Please have all devices you want installed, updated, or fixed ready and accessible at the time of service. CtrlHome does not provide smart home devices but can assist you in choosing and gathering the right products beforehand.

Do you offer any warranty or service guarantees?

Yes, I stand by my work. If you experience issues related to your service within 60 days, contact me and I’ll make it right at no additional cost.

How can I contact support outside of business hours?

For all support inquiries outside regular hours, please email contact@ctrlhome.tech. Messages are monitored and responded to as quickly as possible. Non-urgent requests will be handled during normal business hours.
